UGC NET Law (058) Family Law: Detailed Study Notes
Family Law mixes codified statutes (Hindu, Special Marriage, Maintenance, Succession) with uncodified personal law and a fast-moving constitutional layer: live-in relationships, foreign decrees and the new State Uniform Civil Codes. Topic 0 gives the exam pattern, recent trends and the top 25 one-liners to memorise first. Topics 1 to 10 follow the ten syllabus topics. Each ends with a Memory Capsule of MCQ traps and an Analysis Angle on the recent trend, and Topic 11 is a revision toolkit of cases, section cheat-sheet, numbers, chronology and confusions.
