UGC NET Law (058) Public International Law and IHL: Detailed Study Notes
Public International Law and IHL is a scoring unit because the questions are factual and the same cases, treaties and Article numbers repeat. Topic 0 shows how the unit is tested. Topics 1 to 4 cover sources, recognition, nationality, refugees, extradition and asylum; Topics 5 to 7 cover the UN organs, dispute settlement and state responsibility, and the WTO; Topic 8 covers international humanitarian law. Topics 9 and 10 are revision: rapid tables of numbers, years and cases, then frequently confused pairs, mnemonics and a recent-developments radar.
